A new day started with a bright sunshine above us. We felt so hungry that we ran to Nolita to eat superb

delicious breakfast in one of my favorite cafes; Epistrophy. Then we visited NYC Public Library; I was

so curious about its architecture and interior design; it was totally worth to go there. This building is not 

only gorgeous because of its architecture but also the feeling you start to feel from the first moment you 

enter inside. I chose a spot and wrote something on my New York themed notebook :) After library, it was 

time for hanging out in Bryant Park which is my favorite park in New York; fun spot to watch people and 

read something. 

We tried our chance to see if Le French Zucco cafe was open in Lower East Side, but unfortunately it was 

still close that we had to return back to Nolita and ate a Cuban meal in Cafe Habana. We turned back in

West Side cause we were staying around there, checked Central Park at sunset time, then ended our day

in Moto Bar to drink a glass of wine and listen to live music.

Güneşli bir güne daha uyandık. Önce karnımızı Epistrophy'de doyurup, sonra da çok merak ettiğim 

NYC Public Library'e gittik. Gördüğüm en güzel kütüphanelerden biriydi. Sadece mimarisi değil, 

hissettirdikleri, kitapları ve atmosferi ile de beni büyülemeyi başardı. Tabii ki; bir masa seçip New 

York defterime birkaç bir şey yazmayı ihmal etmedim :) Kütüphanenin hemen yanında yer alan 

Bryant Park'a gittik. New York'ta en sevdiğim park burası oldu. İnsanları izlemesi, kitap okuması 

çok keyifli bu küçük sevimli parkta.

Karnımız yeniden acıktığında Nolita'daki gözde mekan Cafe Habana'ya gittik; oldukça kalabalıktı 

içerisi. Neyse ki hemen yer bulduk ve Küba yemeklerinden hüplettik. Akşamüstü West Side 

taraflarına dönüp, önce Central Park'ta günbatımını izledik sonra da geceyi Moto Bar'da şarap 

içerek ve canlı müzik dinleyerek sonlandırdık.

I can truly say that Brooklyn is my favorite part of New York. And Williamsburg is the best neighborhood
so far. Despite the grey sky, we went to Williamsburg for having a local adventure around the back streets.
People were hanging out in amazing cafes, and stores of this neighborhood.

Having a breakfast in Juliette Café, then it was time to stop by Artists & Fleas market to meet up our favorite
vintage mobile shop's owners; Jaimee and Adam. They were so cute that I had to take a picture of them.
Drinking beer in Berry Park rooftop bar for celebrating a friend's birthday, shopping in Vice Versa Vintage
store then eating meatballs at Meatball Shop. Lastly, ending our day in Lower East Side; Schapiros Bar and
Pianos Bar are our last stops to have fun in a beautiful night.

Kesinlikle Brooklyn'in New York'un en sevdiğim kısmı olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Williamsburg'un da 
Brooklyn'de yer alan en şahane bölge olduğunu... Yine günlerin birinde, gri havaya aldırmadan kendimizi
Williamsburg sokaklarına attık. Ara sokaklarda yer alan butikler, konsept mağazalar, stüdyolar ve kafeler
beni cezbetmeye yetti.

Juliette'de kahvaltımızı yapıp, Fransız havası aldıktan sonra Artists & Fleas'e uğrayıp, uzun zamandır 
tanışmayı istediğimiz "instagram arkadaşlarımız" Jaimee ve Adam'ı gördük. O kadar şeker insanlar ki
anlatamam! Evlerinde kaldığımız arkadaşların, bir arkadaşının doğum günü partisine, Berry Park diye bir
"rooftop" bara gittik. Brooklyn manzarası tepeden şahane gözüküyordu... Meatball Shop'a uğramadan
önce Vice Versa'da inanılmaz ucuza alışveriş yaptık (açık ara favori ikinci el dükkanım burası, bir 
de L Vintage).

Gece de Lower East Side bölgesine gidip, önce Pianos Bar'da, sonra da Schapiros Bar'da takıldık. Sahibi
Eyal bizi süper ağırladı. Bu mekan hakkında, yakında çıkacak olan Istanbul & New York zine'imde 
de bahsedeceğim :)
