Second Hand Shops & Vintage Stores

-Le Marais for the best second hand shops; when you walk around the streets of Le Marais district
you may see many second hand stores no doubt!
My favorite ones are Coiffeur Vintage, Frip’irium and Free P’Star.
Also if you want to check newly opened boutiques, you should visit around 
Rue du Bourg Tibourg and Rue des Francs Bourgeois streets.

-Mamie Blue: If you are searching more qualified and famous French brands, here is a good
option! From Chanel bags to jewellery, everything is so new and clean ;)

Mamie Blue; kaliteli ve iyi marka vintage giysi arayanlar için ideal bir dükkan. 
Chanel çantalardan, kaliteli takılara kadar her şeye rastlayabilirsiniz. Hem de

-Saint Quen Puces Flea Market: This is the best and biggest flea market in Paris which has many clothes, 
furniture stuffs, accessories and antique garments. 
If you are more into "vintage clothes"; you should see Dauphine store and Vernaison part of the
flea market.

mağazaların bir araya getirilmiş alışveriş noktası.
Antika eşyalardan, ikinci el mobilyalara, yeni üretim tablolara ve
yine ikinci el/yeni tasarım giysilere rastlayacağınız bir cennet.
Daha çok giysi arıyorsanız;  Dauphine ve Vernaison kısımlarına uğramalısınız!

-Colette and Rue Saint Honoré street; besides vintage and second hand, if you like
notebooks, agendas, headphones, records and books with smart designs you should
definitely see Colette on Rue Saint Honoré street. Also there are many other design
boutiques in this street, and don't forget to wear "stylish" because there's always a man
to take "street style" pictures here :)

-Except my favorite contemporary gallery; Pompidou, be sure to check exhibitons in 
Maison Europeenne de la Photographie! There are new photography exhibitons 
every month, also there is a permanent exhibiton at the first floor.

5 Rue de Fourcy   - Also, L’Association 59 Rivoli is for ones who like "street art", as in Point Ephemeré different  exhibitions are held every month, at nights this place is returned into a different environment  with people who like to dance in Point Ephemeré night club near St. Martin Canal. ** Pompidou dışında Maison Europenne de la Photographie süper bir galeri; her ay farklı bir sergi oluyor. Ayrıca birinci katında da kalıcı sergileri mevcut. Fotoğraf sergisi sevenler için bu galeriyi kesinlikle öneririm. Ayrıca sokak sanatı sevenler L'association 59 Rivoli'ye uğramalı. Geceleri barı tıklım tıklım dolan, gündüzleriyse; kültür merkezi hiç boş olmayan Point Ephemere'i de alternatif sanat anlayışı olanlara tavsiye ediyorum. Cafés and bars: -Café Charbon; is the best place to eat in a historical athmosphere and chat with someone while drinking your wine. This place is in my favorite district of Paris; Oberkampf! http://www.lecafecharbon.com/CafeCharbon.html -La Chaise au Plafond; is a place on a terrace with trees and typical Parisien chairs. You can eat snacks and drink beer while you're talking with your friends. 10 Rue du Trésor -Pop In Bar; small and cute bar, sometimes there are live concerts, crowded all the time with Paris youth! My favorite floor it the top, because it's more likely to meet someone new there :) 105 Rue Amelot, Oberkampf ** Üstte ve altta yazdığım koyu renkli isimler; atmosferini sevdiğim mekanlar. Paris Tips I

If you are the ones who seek for more "local" recommendations when you're up to
travel, I will exactly talk to you :)

Paris is one of my favorite cities, so I want to see there as a local, more than just
a tourist and try to give enough care for it.

Here are the some of my tips about Paris:

Tranqulity: Parks and Back Streets of Montmartre

-Parc Buttes des Chaumont; is a park where you can see many people, sitting and having picnic
especially at the good weather. On sundays, there is packed of people, generally youth,
chatting, eating and havin fun on the grass. On the other hand; in weekdays here is much
more silent and cozy if you want to take a break and read a book.

Bu park kafa dinlemek için eşsiz bir yer; kuş sesleri eşliğinde,
çimlerin üzerinde kahvaltı yapabilir, hava sıcaksa bir örtü serip, üzerinde güneşten nasibinizi alabilirsiniz.

-Marc de Champs Parc; another park I really like. Next to Eiffel, but still you see many 
Parisien people running, doing sport and laying on the grass.

Eiffel Kulesi yanındaki bu parkın biraz ilerlerine gittikçe;
Eiffel’i görmeye gelen turistlerden uzaklaşıp, sportmen Parislilerle karşılaşıyorsunuz.

-Montmartre, as you may notice, every Paris Guide tells about here; because of Sacré Coeur
church and Place del Theatre region; where is full of tourists and also because of
Amélie movie :)
But I rather prefer to walk around the back streets of Montmartre, through Rue Andre Antoine
and 22 rue la Vieuville. If you still want some movie legends, lets take a visit to Amélie Café;
Café des 2 Moulins; in Rue Amelot, which takes 15 minutes from Mouline Rouge by walking!

Montmarte Paris’in meşhur tepesi, Sacré Coeur kilisesi önünde gün batımı izlemek,
Paris’i kuş bakışı seyretmek rahatlatıcı olabilir ama bunlar zaten bütün Paris rehberlerinde yazıyor. 
Benim tercihim ise daha çok, Montmartre’ın arka sokaklarını gezmekten yana.
Rue Andre Antoine çevresindeki evlerin dış cephelerindeki 
graffitilere bakmak çok zevkli, çevresinde yer alan ufak ikinci el butikler,
atölyeler ve pastaneler var. Ayrıca Rue la Vieuville çevresi de sakin ve huzurlu.

-Shakespeare & Co; here is still one the touristic attractions though, I can't stop myself from
recommending this bookstore. Tranquility and many other emotions are just standing here.
You can sit at the second floor around the books and checking books for free, even sometimes
with a great live music, which is held by the owner at the first floor. I adore this place, if you
visit here, you may understand what I feel! (p.s: there are plent of English books)
Close to St.Michel, across the Notre Dame church.

Üst katındaki kitapları karıştırmak, koltuklarına oturmak, ve 
"buradan kimler geldi, geçti” diye hayal etmekten kendimi alamıyorum.

The Best Spots to Meet Parisien People

-Pont Marie; my favorite "pont"; bridge! At nights, here you can see many people
drinking wine and talking without any break! Also the river looks so damn beautiful at
nights. Because there are many groups of friends, you can meet some of them by chance
or intendly :)

Bu köprü ve çevresinde; tüm gençler (özellikle perşembe, cuma ve cumartesileri) 
nehir kenarında sohbet ederek, içerek, bir şeyler atıştırarak birbirleriyle kaynaşıyorlar.
Bu köprü çevresinde, bir arkadaş grubunun arasına sızdığınızda kendinizi gerçek bir 
Parisli gibi hissediyorsunuz.

-Pont des Arts, another bridge which is full of people, compared to the one above
this is much smaller. On the wooden floor, you can drink wine and eat French cheese
while talking to the someone you don't know.

Paris’in çok sevdiğim bir diğer köprüsü de Ponts des Arts.
Her daim kalabalık, neşeli ve canlı.
Hava iyiyse, ahşap zeminine oturup şarap içmek için süper bir yer.

-La perle Bar; is a great spot for watching stylish people and having a bottle of beer.
Even sometimes you might think that there are much more Swedish people than Parisiens here :)

Paris’in şüphesiz en “piyasa” barlarından biri; Paris’li bir arkadaşım burayı aynen 
bu şekilde tarif etmişti.
İçerisi o kadar kalabalık oluyor ki, gelenlerin büyük bir kısmı içkilerini alıp barın 
dış kısmına doğru taşmak zorunda kalıyor.
İnsanlar en “hip” giysilerini giyip, dışarıdaki masalara kuruluyor veya ayakta laflıyorlar.

-Rue Oberkampf & Café Charbon; these are also reasonable choices if you look for
crowded areas full of Parisiens rather than tourists. Rue Oberkampf is a long street includes
lot of bars, restaurant and cafés. My favorite spot is Café Charbon, for eating delicous
and qualified food and drinking wine. Also Pop-in Bar is a small cute bar, some nights
you can listen to live music, as Le Nouveau Casino and Le Kitch Café Bar are the attractive
spots for meeting friends and listen to good music.

Rue Oberkampf ve çevresi: Bu sokakta yer alan Café Charbon çevresi oldukça canlı.
Café Charbon yemekleri leziz, tarihi bir mekan, genellikle çok kalabalık olduğundan 
rezervasyon gerekebiliyor. 
Rue Oberkampf ise çok uzun bir sokak ve geceleri hep hareketli, özellikle 
Parisli üniversiteli öğrenciler tarafından tercih ediliyor.
Pop-in Bar(Parisli gençler tarafından çok sevilen ufak bir bar, bazen canlı müzik oluyor),
Nouveau Casino (canlı müzik, konserler, dj’ler ve dans için süper bir yer) ve
Le Kitch Café Bar (kokteylleri güzel, daima kalabalık, ufak renkli bir bar) favorilerim arasında.
