Analog Diary: Birthday & Getaway

Since the last year, I've tried to have a getaway place for my birthday. This year I entered to my
new age with a gorgeous Istanbul view and delicious food at the top of an old building of a hotel,
then after a couple of days we went to Adatepe, one of my favorite towns at the north Aegean coast.
Also stayed in my summer house close to this town. Besides summer season, it's perfect to be
somewhere when it's off season. Observing local people, listening to birds singing, watching the sea
without any disturbance... That's what I'm expecting from a bautiful place when it's off season :)

Analog Diary: With a Brand New Camera

When we entered a new year, Türker bought me a new analog camera, Leica. It is easy to carry with
me anywhere I would go, so it's better to document sort of an "every" moment.
These are the very first results taken with this new baby.

Then the winter had arrived at last! One morning, we found everywhere in white, this was the thing
which we were waiting for so long time.

Winter means that gathering inside, making cocktails for friends, watching lots of movies, and
dreaming for the next season and even summer...

One night, we picked "While You Were Sleeping" movie to watch, and the main character wants to
go to Florence. Then we said, why we don't go to Florence on this May. Then we started to plan
our 1 month trip beginning from Rome (Italy) & Florence then ending in Sofia (Bulgaria).

Analog Diary: Budva & Istanbul

Back to the last August and end of September...

We went to Montenegro, and tried to escape from crowdness, intead we found beautiful, silent streets
and an amazing monastery which was photogenic enough! We met a weird guy there, he didn't know
where he was, only hing he knew was his name. When we chatted him, his boss warned him not
to talk to us, and do his duties asap. It was a kind of short but "full of adventures" trip.
We rented a motorbike, and passed through the mountains then arrived in Kotor.... I remembered how
much I like the sense of wind and breeze that I feel when on a motorbike.

When we came back to Istanbul, except working on our projects we bite a little pie of peace in the
peaceful island; Heybeliada, a close island to Istanbul. We traveled with our bikes and wished
it was summer/spring all the time.
