d.i.y: homemade bread


























For a while we've baked our bread in our kitchen. This recipe is pretty easy to give a try:

ingredients:
- 2 cup of white flour
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of water (in room temperature)
- 1 table spoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt

how to make:
in a large bowl mix/knead all these ingredients above until it gets nonstick enough. then put:
- anything that you want to put inside your bread; such as dried tomatoes, olives, onions etc.
and knead for 5 minutes more.

after all, leave it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours inside a big bowl covered with a wet towel.
Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees.
Then bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. (or depending on your oven you can change the 
temperature)

  1. Totally giving the recipe to Dani whom is a homemade bread nuts :) What did you add in your bread? Hope you are having fun with the preparations for the New Year's eve! Are you hosting a party at home? Hug!

    1. Oh great, he should give a try :) Türker is also good at kneading :)) We add dried tomatoes and olives that I highly suggest!!
      This time of the year we're not having any dinner etc. special but of course we arrange our christmas tree.
